Samsung has started rolling out the latest software updates for Galaxy A32 and Galaxy F22 smartphones in India. Although the update brings the outdated December 2022 Android security patch, it installs a new Maintenance mode feature on your Samsung Galaxy A32 and Galaxy F22 smartphones.

Maintenance mode is basically the feature of Android 13-based One UI 5.0 software. Both of these phones grabbed the update in the latest 2022 but due to some reasons, the company did not install Maintenance mode at that time.

Now as the feature is released for the corresponding device users, they can experience enhanced privacy. Maintenance mode protects your privacy when someone else is using your phone, such as when you send it in for repairs.

Once enabled, it will prevent your pictures, messages, accounts, and other personal data from being accessed when you are not around your phone. It automatically switches your phone to a new guest user account so that no one can access your data.

Aside from these, the December 2022 Android security patch addresses 80 vulnerabilities and issues that affect the system’s security. These fixes include 5 critical, 60 high, and 2 moderate levels of vulnerabilities, which are a part of Google’s Android security bulletin, and 13 Galaxy-specific exposures that were harming various One UI apps and services.

You can now get access and take advantage of the Maintenance mode feature of your Samsung Galaxy A32 and Galaxy F22 smartphones by installing the newest software update. To do so, you need to visit the Software update section in Settings.
