Earlier, it was reported that the SoC area is 30% larger than the Exynos 2200, about 130 square mm, similar to the Apple M1. For now, the chip allegedly had to downclock the Cortex-X4 core, but this may change in mass production.

Besides, there is also rumored that the company’s upcoming flagship SoC, the Exynos 2400, would use Samsung’s 4LPP+ manufacturing process, as well as AI performance is expected to be 44 TOPS.

Recently, it was reported that Samsung Mobile Head TM Roh conducted a thorough review of the Exynos 2400 and gave the green signal to the mass production plan, which will start around November 2023.

A recent report also claimed that the Exynos 2400 would make its debut with the vanilla Galaxy S24 model next year. The company won’t take any risky decision by widely using the Exynos chipset, hence, Plus and Ultra will continue to feature the next Snapdragon chip.
