Verizon is rolling out February 2023 update for Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones with One UI build versions S911USQU1AWBD, S916USQU1AWBD, and S918USQU1AWBD respectively.

According to the changelog, the update enhances system security, stability, and performance to provide a better experience. This is an incremental software update and there’re no other changes mentioned in the changelog for the time being.

Furthermore, Samsung fixes around four dozen vulnerabilities that were harming the files and data saved on the phone. These include 47 CVEs from Google’s Android OS and 7 SVEs from Samsung’s One UI software.

Notably, the update is currently available for locked variants of the Galaxy S23 series in the US. The company will soon expand this update to other carriers soon.

In mid-February 2023, Samsung initiated February 2023 update for Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones in Germany. Following this, the company made it available for Korean Galaxy S23 users.

However, users of the Galaxy S23 series in Korea brought new features for Camera and Gallery app along with the February 2023 security patch.

Meanwhile, Samsung also pushed a new update to this latest series in China. The thing to note is that users received December 2022 security patch with the ending One UI version AWBE. The report revealed that the update would make the animation smoother, enhance Camera modes and improve security.
