Samsung has finally started releasing March 2023 security patch for its Galaxy smartphones and Samsung Galaxy S22 has become the first smartphone to receive this update.

March 2023 update for Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra arrive with version S901BXXU3CWBE, S906BXXU3CWBE, and S908BXXU3CWBE respectively.
The update is currently live for Galaxy S22 users in Europe and the company will soon expand this update to more countries. It is an incremental update so it may take hours/days to reach all models.

According to the official details, March 2023 security update brings fixes for a bunch of common vulnerability exposures to enhance system security, stability, and performance. It fixes issues related to Calls, Samsung Keyboard, System UI, Galaxy Themes, Bluetooth, and more.

In case your phone has not yet sent you an update notification, you can check it manually through the Settings app. Just head over to the Software update section and tap on the Download and install option. If you received the update then follow the on-screen instruction to install the latest update.
Samsung is currently working to release the One UI 5.1 update to all eligible devices. As of now, a bunch of Galaxy devices already got this major update while some are still waiting. The company will soon complete the One UI 5.1 rollout, and some of the Galaxy devices will receive the latest One UI version with March 2023 security patch.
