Samsung Good Lock May 2023 update

Good Lock is one of the amazing and impressive apps offered by Samsung as well as being loved by Galaxy users. It offers a bunch of modules, you can use them to make your phone smarter. The Korean tech giant released a stable One UI 5.0 update in late October 2022 and Galaxy S22 Ultra became the first smartphone to receive it.

On February 01, Samsung officially announced One UI 5.1 based on Android 13 with Galaxy S23 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event 2023. It brings new features and enhancements over One UI 5.0 to provide a next level experience.

At the moment, almost all stock apps and Good Lock modules already got One UI 5.0 support and started getting One UI 5.1 support. The reason for updating Good Lock modules is to make them compatible with the latest version.

When a new major update is released for any smartphone, it brings many functions and changes, so sometimes some applications don’t work properly or start crashing. But Samsung does provide support to the apps so that no such issues arise.

The fresh beta update reveals that a new feature is under development which will let users search for updates within channels. Currently, users often have to scroll through many messages to find specific information, which can be time-consuming and frustrating.

With the upcoming search option, users will be able to type in keywords or phrases to quickly find the updates they need. This will make it much easier to locate important messages without having to scroll.

The new search feature for channels is currently in development and will be available in a future update. Users will find this search option in the overflow menu and channel info screen for easy access.

Aside from this, WhatsApp recently introduced a channel analytics feature. This tool helps channel admins see important data, like how many unique accounts have viewed their posts, how their follower count is growing, and where their audience is located. These insights are valuable for admins to help them understand their audience better.
