Samsung Galaxy S10 grabs March 2023 update

Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus begin to receive the March 2023 security update.

The company releases monthly, quarterly, and biannual firmware security updates on selected Galaxy devices, listed here. Select Galaxy devices released in 2019 or later will be supported with firmware security updates for a minimum of four (4) years following their global launch.

A few months back, Samsung shifted the Galaxy S10 series from Monthly updates to Quarterly updates list. However, the action remained limited to documentation as the legendary smartphone lineup is still receiving new security updates per month.

For your info, Samsung’s monthly, quarterly, and biannual firmware security updates include patches for Android OS-related security issues released by Google, as well as, patches for Samsung-specific security issues (a.k.a. SVEs). Moreover, the company Samsung also releases security updates for mobile applications.

How to download Samsung Galaxy S10 March 2023 update:

Head towards the system Settings, scroll down, and click on the Software update tab. Now, hit the Download and install button, which will begin a process to fetch the new available OTA on Samsung’s server. If the company released a new update in your country, you will have to follow on-screen instructions.
