Samsung is expanding One UI 5.1 update for Galaxy S20 FE to more US mobile carriers including AT&T. Identified via One UI build version G781USQU9HWB2, the latest update installs February 2023 security patch to improve system security.

You can now visit your phone’s Software update section through Settings and tap the Download and install option to get access to One UI 5.1 update and its new features and goodies.

Samsung One UI 5.1 update is now available to download for Galaxy S20 FE 5G Verizon US customers. Verified with One UI built version G781VSQU7HWB2, this massive software update brings a host of new features to the Galaxy phone.

It comes with enhancements to Camera, Gallery, Wallpaper, Widgets, and Multitasking. At the same time, the update also installs the February 2023 Android security patch to boost system security and privacy.

One UI 5.1 highlighted features:

To begin with, Samsung One UI 5.1 update comes with a new Effect button in the Camera app that makes it easy to change the color tone of selfies. It further brings a convenient information display in landscape mode, a common family album for easier picture sharing, and more powerful searches to search pictures of a specific person to the Gallery app.

Moreover, the new Battery Widget shows information about your phone and connected Bluetooth devices’ batteries at a glance. The Dynamic Weather Widget provides a summary of current weather conditions and the improved Smart Suggestion Widget recommends a Spotify playlist based on your activities.

Moving ahead, One UI 5.1 has made it easy to use Split-screen and Pop-up view. You can now adjust the window size by dragging the window edges in any direction in the Pop-up view. And for Split-scree, you will see categories for Recent apps and Most used apps, allowing you to quickly select apps.

The Bixby Text Call feature now started supporting the English language and users can now continue browsing on Samsung Internet on different devices. In addition, you can also set a different wallpaper based on your current Modes activity, such as work, exercise, etc.
