Samsung store is promoting the bid for the 2030 World Expo in Busan in celebration of the visit of the International Exposition Organization inspection team. The company will display a large banner with the message “Samsung supports the bid to host the Busan World Expo 2030.”

According to the info, Samsung store sites in Busan, including Gwangan, Gupo, Daeyeon, Dongrae, Saha, Centum, and Haeundae will display 2030 World Expo banner until April 10. It highlights “WORLD EXPO 2030 BUSAN, KOREA” throughout downtown Busan and strengthen the atmosphere to attract the expo.

Samsung plans to actively publicize the Busan Expo via digital outdoor ads at Shinsegae Department Store’s main store in Seoul, exterior walls of some stores in Seoul, such as the Samsung Store Yongsan branch, and digital outdoor advertisements at the departure hall at Incheon International Airport.

In addition, the South Korean tech giant is running Galaxy S23 advertisements with messages of support for the Busan Expo at major bus stops in downtown Busan.

Before this, Samsung advertised for Busan Expo in line with major global events such as MWC and ISE held in ​​Spain in February 2023, World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland in January 2023, and BIE General Assembly held in France in November 2022.
