In today’s era of technology, many things are incomplete without mobile data like we can’t book a seat for a flight, can’t make a video call, can’t see routes on a map app while going somewhere, and many more. Many times it happens that even after having mobile data on your Samsung smartphone, it does not work, or having trouble using it.

Before you begin, make sure your smartphone’s software is updated to the latest version and mobile data is on.

Restart your smartphone 

If you are still facing issues even with mobile data enabled, try force restarting your device. Swipe down on your device’s home screen to open the quick settings menu, then tap the Power off icon and select the Restart option.

In addition, you can also turn off your device by holding down both the Volume down key and Side key simultaneously, then selecting the Power off option. To turn it on again press and hold the Volume down key and Side key simultaneously.

Reset Network Settings

If your mobile network connection is unstable and you are unable to use mobile data, then you can reset your smartphone’s network settings. It’s worth mentioning that resetting your network will reset your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings.

To reset network settings, you just need to follow the steps mentioned below.

  • Open the Samsung Settings app.

  • Scroll down and tap on General Management.

  • Click on the Reset option.

  • Select Reset network settings.

  • Now, tap on the Reset Settings button.

  • Click on Reset and it is done.
