The Galaxy Tab S9 will be the year 2023’s tab series from Samsung that will launch in August or September alongside the next-generation foldable smartphones. Now a new leak has surfaced online which reveals the memory of the Ultra variant of the Galaxy Tab S9 series.

According to the information, Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will pack in up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The company will offer three different memory options for the Ultra model, so users can select as per their needs.

Furthermore, the tipster shared the details of all three memory options for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra devices that are mentioned below.

  • 8 GB LPDDR5X, 128 GB UFS 3.1
  • 12 GB LPDDR5X, 256 GB UFS 4.0
  • 16 GB LPDDR5X, 512 GB UFS 4.0

This new leak shows that the company is not going to bring any new storage and RAM changes with the next tab series. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series also offers the same memory variants.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra may reportedly feature a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display with 1848 x 2960 px resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, 326.4 x 208.6 x 5.5mm dimension, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, IP68 rating, and more.

Aside from this, a recent report revealed that the Korean tech giant will no longer use the LCD display and will solely use AMOLED display with the next tab series. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Standard model may also feature an AMOLED display.

At present, we can take this information with a pinch of salt as the company is yet to make any official announcement.
