Like other OEMs, Samsung also has its own photo editing app named Samsung Photo Editor that comes preinstalled on Galaxy devices. This app offers a very simple image viewer where you can edit pictures you take/receive with a bunch of editing features.

Furthermore, you can make collages with as many pictures as you want, and you can add stickers to your images and get some really funny results. It offers a variety of colors and preloaded effects as well as you can also select parts of the image for more detailed editing. Some Galaxy devices can also download new effects.
