Samsung opens two new Experience Store in Mexico

This month, Samsung opened two new “Experience Store” in Mexico. The first is located on Fashion Drive in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, and the second in Puerta La Victoria, Querétaro. With these openings, the company reinforces its presence in Mexico by reaching 65 points of sale opened since 2018.

Visitors can learn about the Galaxy ecosystem at the Samsung Experience Store, including the latest Galaxy S23 series flagships, the new Galaxy A54 and A34 mid-range phones, and the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 foldable smartphones.

Apart from smartphones, other devices such as tablets (Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, Tab S7 FE, etc.) and accessories such as Galaxy Buds wireless earbuds or Galaxy Watch smartwatches can be purchased via Samsung Experience Store in Mexico, which ideally complement the Galaxy ecosystem.

At Samsung’s Experience Stores, interested consumers can make use of the Galaxy Exchange program, with which the user delivers their current participating Galaxy smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch on account to save when buying the equipment of their choice.

Moreover, Samsung Galaxy Care+ is also available, which protects Galaxy devices against screen damage, theft protection, accidental drops, hardware repairs, software coverage, and much more. For consumers’ convenience, these new stores will be open from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
