Samsung QuickStar April 2023 update enhances indicator icon tweaks

Samsung QuickStar Good Lock module allows you to hide certain icons to make the status bar look neater by keeping only your most useful indicator icons. But now, you can hide even more icons as Samsung has rolled out the April 2023 update for the QuickStar app.

The new Samsung QuickStar update has now added two more features to the Visibility of Indicator Icons section, which are Modes and Device Care. Now you can also hide the icons of these functions from the status bar.

To hide the icons from the status bar, you just need to follow a few steps. Open Good Lock >> click on QuickStar module >> tap on Visibility of Indicator Icons >> Scroll down, you can see a bunch of options in addition to Modes and Device Care >> press the toggle to turn it ON / OFF.  If it is Off then the function icons are always not displayed.

Aside from this, the company also improves the stability of the app to deliver a better performance. You can identify the April 2023 update for Samsung QuickStar through version 6.4.08.43.

You will have to download a 14.56 megabytes package to install the update on your eligible Galaxy devices. For installation, open Galaxy Store >> Menu option >> Updates.
