Samsung Shows Off Galaxy S23 Ultra Camera Supremacy On Streets Of London
Samsung’s latest flagship device, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, is equipped with a 200-megapixel camera, one of the most advanced products in the world. To show the true performance and detail of the ISOCELL camera used in Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung took to the streets of London, England.
An amazing 200-megapixel photo was featured on one of Europe’s biggest billboards. The company captured the behind-the-scenes story of the event and the lively atmosphere of the scene in a video. To realize camera supremacy, Samsung installed Galaxy S23 Ultra in an old photo booth on the streets of London.
After capturing an amazing moment using the camera’s 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 image sensor, the photo was transmitted to a large screen to show that more pixels create truly amazing detail. Ran Chae of Global Marcom team at Samsung DS Division explained:
“We took the 200MP photos captured in the booth and posted them up on London’s enormous Piccadilly Circus billboard that reaches nearly 700 inches in height, and then zoomed in about 8.5x to show that the photo quality in every pixel remains true to life even when dramatically zoomed in.”
The event was attended by the general public and over 100 content creators representing diverse communities across the UK. They took photos at the photo booth using the ISOCELL HP2 image sensor, and the ultra-high-resolution photos were displayed on the iconic Piccadilly billboard screen.
More than 200 people visited over two days and over 800 pictures were taken. Samsung’s event, where ultra-high-resolution photos are posted on a large electronic display board, drew enthusiastic participation from people around the world.
Content creators in the US, India, China, and Germany captured their images and landscapes beautifully, and those photos were also vividly posted on Billboard. In addition, Samsung held a photo contest for Galaxy S23 Ultra users in the US and the UK, generating great interest on social media.
