Samsung One UI 5.1 Super Steady Camera Feature

Published

on

Samsung offers many options and features for capturing great photos and videos through its stock camera app, including the Super Steady mode. You can easily use the Super Steady camera feature to create shake-free videos from your Samsung One UI 5.1-based Galaxy smartphone.

Super Steady camera feature compensates for camera shake more powerfully than VDIS offered by smartphones. As a result, steadier pictures may be taken than when the VDIS option is activated during activities that cause camera shake and dynamic motion.

This function operates on VDIS but uses an 80% margin compared to the input. The correction margin refers to how much shake is corrected when shooting video with a smartphone camera. Using more margin means camera shake is compensated for much more, so users can stably capture stronger camera shake than when using VDIS.

Therefore, using Super Steady is effective in situations where the photographer is on the move a lot or in some situations where a still shot cannot be taken due to the dynamic movement of the photographer.
