With the new Bixby update, Galaxy users can now use more functions. Now, you can activate voice wake-up when a ringtone, alarm, or Bixby TTS is playing, even without the ‘Wake up when sound playing’ option.

The latest update also allows you to use the voice wake-up function while media is playing, such as music, by turning on the ‘Wake up when media is playing’ option in Bixby settings under Voice wake-up.

Moreover, when children use Bixby services by using a child account and require additional third-party sharing permissions, they may request verification of their parent’s consent.

Notable, the Child account feature is currently supported in Korea and the United States. More countries are to be added gradually. Bixby now suggests useful settings related to a wide range of commands.
