Confirmed: Samsung Dropship June 2023 update will bring new features
Samsung notified Galaxy users that the Dropship plugin will get a fresh update with new features in June 2023. Debuted back in late 2022, Samsung’s Dropship function received its last update in February this year. And the company has now confirmed more useful features are on the way.
According to the info, Samsung Dropship will receive the June 2023 update with new features. Since the plugin is currently Korea-exclusive, we expect the expansion to more markets may happen as well. However, the company said no words about the availability in markets outside Korea.
The South Korean tech giant revealed some of the new features that are under development. Dropship will gain the ability to send uploaded coordinates to your device as a notification message. It will ensure users can send and receive data between their multiple devices more comfortably.
Moreover, Samsung also plans to bring a cloaking feature to the Dropship application so that only the Dropship coordinates can be seen. It would make it easier for users to find out the receiving device more conveniently by hiding unsupported nearby devices.
