Samsung is updating Link to Windows Service to version 2.7.01.12

Samsung has rolled out the May 2023 update for Link to Windows Service with version 2.7.01.12. This service provides an optimized user experience between Galaxy Phones and Windows PCs through the connection with the Phone Link.

The new update for Link to Windows Service brings general fixes to provide better connectivity. However, the latest update does not include any new features or changes but surely enhances the performance of the app on your Galaxy smartphones.

The new update comes with an updated package size of 4.38 MB, which is available on the Galaxy Store. It is compatible with Galaxy devices running from Android 9 Pie to Android 13 based One UI 5.1/One UI 5.0.

It is a gradual rollout so it may take hours/days to reach all eligible Galaxy devices. You can check the update on your device by visiting the Galaxy Store app >> Menu option >> Updates. You can easily turn on the Link to Windows function, you just need to open Settings on your  Galaxy smartphone >> tap on Connected devices >> Here you can see the Link to Window option, tap on the toggle to turn it on.
