June 2023 update of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 improves SOS function

Samsung has started expanding the June 2023 security update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone in more countries. This smartphone already received the latest Android security patch for unlocked variants in the US and the company is now releasing it in Korea.

The new software improves system security and stability by installing the Android security patch released in June 2023. In addition, it enhances the functions of the SOS to make your device more secure.

Through this update, Samsung makes the Emergency SOS function always active and adds an option for turning on/ off the Countdown function. In addition, the location confirmation accuracy function related to emergency rescue is also enhanced.

To install the latest update, you just need to go to the Settings of your phone and enter its Software update section. Now, simply tap on the Download and install option and the available update will appear on the screen. You can follow on-screen instructions to install it.
