A 20-year-old girl/student in India gets praised by Apple CEO for creating a unique EyeTrack app that strengthens the eye muscles. Asmi Jain from the Indian city Indore was among the 375 winners of her app to strengthen the eye muscles.

She originally created the eye muscles-related app for her friend’s uncle having a left eye misalignment. Her EyeTrack app caught the attention of Apple CEO Tim Cook and he says Asmi is already “poised to make a profound impact on the world.”

When India Today asked about her plans to release it on the Apple App Store, the 20-year-old chuckled and said that it might take more time since she got college assignments to finish.

“Ultimately, I want to expand it so that it helps strengthen all of the muscles in the face, and I hope it can one day serve as a therapy tool that people like my friend’s uncle can use at their own pace,” says Asmi Jain.

In a release, Tim Cook talked about Asmi, saying that “her incredible work exemplifies the creativity and ingenuity on display all across this country. She’s already poised to make a profound impact on the world by helping people with their health, and we’re excited to see what she does next.”
