Google has recently updated the Play Store with some changes that improve the experience for Chromebook and tablet users. The most noticeable change is the addition of two new sections at the top of the Apps feed – Chromebook and Tablet.

Under the “Other devices” tab, you can see two new sections. These sections let you discover optimized or recommended apps for your Chromebook or tablet device. You can also explore different categories of apps, such as education, video/messaging, stylus-friendly, productivity, and media.

Another feature is that you can filter your search results by your device and install apps remotely from your phone. This is useful if you want to try new apps on your Chromebook or tablet without switching devices.

Furthermore, when you tap “What’s new” or “About this app” in an app listing, you will see a smooth slide up animation. The animation will also slide down when you go back to the listing.

These features make the Google Play Store more user-friendly and helpful for Chromebook and tablet users. You can try them out now and enjoy the best apps for your device, just need to have the latest version of Play Store.
