Samsung surprises Galaxy Watch users with a new update in June 2023

We are in mid-June 2023 and Samsung has surprisingly started releasing a new update for a 5-year-old watch – the Galaxy Watch. The new update improves the overall performance of the Galaxy Watch.

Samsung Galaxy Watch is getting June 2023 update with the build version R810XXU1GWE2 and users will have to download a 34.40 MB package to install the latest update.

The fresh software enhances the stability and reliability of the devices by fixing some common issues. In addition, the update also improves the sensors of the Galaxy Watch to provide a better experience.

However, the changelog of the update does not contain any new features or changes but users will surely enjoy the smoother performance after installing the latest version. To be mentioned, the update is currently rolling out in Switzerland and could soon be available in more countries.

To check and download this update, go to the Galaxy wearable app on a connected Android phone and navigate to Watch Settings >> Watch software update. On the Home tab, go to Watch software update >> Download and install. If you are using Samsung Galaxy Watch, then install the update now to enjoy improved features.
