Samsung Galaxy A12 starts getting June 2023 security update

Samsung has just begun rolling out the June 2023 security update to the Galaxy A12 smartphone. The update is currently rolling out in India and other countries could get the new software update in the next few days or weeks.

The latest software update for Galaxy A12 comes with a firmware version A125FXXS3CWF1. The update includes June 2023 security patch that fixes over 50 security flaws that Samsung mentioned on its official scope page earlier this month.

This update mainly fixes issues related to CC Mode, Exynos, and Knox ID. In addition, it enhances some functions of the device. However, it does not bring any new features or performance enhancements.

Furthermore, several stocks apps also be updated to the latest version after the new software. It is an initial rollout so it may take hours/days to reach all Samsung Galaxy A12 models.
