June 2023 update releasing for carrier-locked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4

Samsung is sending the June 2023 security update for carrier-locked Galaxy Z Fold 4 models in the US. However, the unlocked variants already received the update earlier this month.

The new update can be identified via One UI build version F936USQU2CWEM. The new firmware is available on Comcast and Xfinity Mobile networks and other carriers will soon receive this update in the US

June 2023 security update for locked Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone mends over 50 flaws that were affecting the users’ privacy and security. These include 3 critical, and 47 high-level of common vulnerability exposure related to CC Mode, Exynos, and Knox ID.

You can check and install the update manually by going to Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.
