Do you have a Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro? If yes, then you might have noticed some strange noise coming from your earbuds when you play certain music. Don’t panic, this is not a defect. It’s just a minor bug in the software that the company has already fixed.

Some Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro reported that their earbuds produce a high-pitched sound when they play songs that have specific frequencies (17kHz ~ 18kHz). This happens because of an issue in the latest software update that the company rolled out recently. But the company released a new update that eradicates this noise.

All you have to do is to update your earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone. It’s very simple and quick. Just follow these steps:

  • Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone.
  • Tap on the Earbuds Settings.
  • Click on Update earbuds software.
  • Press the Download and install option.
