Google Photos introduces new effects, playback controls, and profile menu for videos

Google Photos is a great app for storing and editing your pictures and videos. It keeps getting new features to make it better like it recently added a way to import photos easily. Now, it also added some cool effects for video editing and some improved options for video playback.

Under the effects tab,  you can find the effects in the edit mode. You have to download them first, then you can use them. There are 12 effects that change how your video appears such as Dust Max, Black and White Film, Light Leak, and more. These effects allow users to customize their videos according to their preferences.

Furthermore, Google also updated the design of the video controls. Now they include buttons to skip forward or backward in the video, in addition to play or pause. Not only this, the company also revamped the profile menu. Now it occupies the entire screen and displays more options.
