Download Threads by Instagram app for Android and iOS

On July 6, Meta officially launched Threads, and it’s available for download on Android and iOS platforms. Some analysts said that this app will use some of Instagram’s infrastructure and allow people to log in with their account to quickly grow the community.

There will be no limit to the number of posts seen, which Twitter imposed earlier. This is one of the key differences between Threads and Twitter. A Meta official said he can’t promise not to add ads to Threads in the future, but for now, Meta is focussing on growing the app.

Meta says Threads belongs to a community where users can discuss anything from topics that users care about today to trends that may be popular tomorrow. The Threads app’s and interface UI design are similar to Twitter, and users can post, like, comment and share.

Following its official debut, Threads by Instagram is available for download in over 100 countries through Google Play Store and Apple’s Appl Store. It won’t be launching in the EU, though, as Meta grapples with how data sharing between the new app and Instagram will be regulated.
