Samsung selected No. 1 for electronic product service quality in Korea

Today, Korea Management Association Consulting announced that Samsung Electronics Service was selected as the No. 1 company in AS quality for electronic products in the “2023 Korea Service Quality Index (KSQI)” customer contact sector survey.

In the customer contact area of ​​the Service Quality Index of Korean Industries, a professional evaluation team conducts quarterly experience and evaluation of the services of 145 companies in 36 industries and announces the top-ranked company in service quality in each sector.

In this year’s evaluation, Samsung Electronics Service received the highest score in the professionalism of engineers and excellent service infrastructure, ranking first in the home appliance AS category for 13 years and the mobile /IT AS category for 12 consecutive years.

Previous leads

In May 2023, in the call center sector, it was selected as the Customer Impressive Call Center for the first time in the home appliance service industry and Excellent Call Center in Korea for 14 consecutive years, followed by a survey in the customer contact area.

Apart from this, Samsung Electronics Service also triumphed in first place in smartphone, home appliance, and computer AS quality in the 2023 Korea Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) announced by the Korean Standards Association on July 6.

Improving engineer CS competency

Samsung Electronics Service is concentrating on improving engineer CS competency, which is a key element of service quality. CS consultants with professional qualifications, such as consumer counselors and CS leaders, tour service centers nationwide to provide CS training and customer response consulting.
