Samsung testing One UI 6.0 for Galaxy A52s and A34

Samsung is working regularly to bring Android 14-based One UI 6.0 Beta to its Galaxy devices, and some of its mid-range phones might be getting ready for the update. As of now, One UI 6.0 firmware for the Galaxy A52s and the Galaxy A34 has been spotted on Samsung servers, which suggests that Samsung is testing the new software on these devices.

But how do we know it’s One UI 6.0? Well, there is a letter in the firmware build number that changes with every major Android or One UI update. For the Galaxy A34, it will change from A to B, and for the Galaxy A52s, it will change from E to F. These letters indicate that it is a One UI 6.0 update as it is a major one.

The expectation is that Samsung will skip One UI 5.1.1 for its mid-range phones and focus on One UI 6.0 instead, as it will be more exciting and useful for Galaxy users. Like last year, the One UI 5.1.1 update may only roll out to large-screen devices like the Z Fold series and tablets.
