Happiness of being a foldable phone user can’t be described in words. Samsung makes the best foldable phones and you can own one if you have a budget of $1800. Meanwhile, it becomes quite disappointing if such an expensive phone gets faulty and you don’t get the support you desire.

Apparently, the same happened with a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 user. A video posted on the Reddit community shows that a man got angry when a Samsung executive refused his phone’s warranty claim due to a minor scratch or dent on the hinge.

The original poster mentioned in his Reddit post that the user’s Galaxy Z Fold 3 had issues like “no audio output via speaker” and auto turn off when folded. The consumer bought it about 1.5 years back and probably had an extended warranty policy.

When a Samsung service center executive refused to entertain the buyer’s Galaxy Z Fold 3 under warranty, he got angry and smashed his phone. We often see the authorized service centers don’t provide proper support to consumers and the company should look into this regard.
