Samsung Galaxy S21 FE begins testing Android 14 One UI 6.0 internally
Samsung already testing One UI 6.0 on several Galaxy devices including the Galaxy S21 series. Now, another member of this series, the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone has started testing the next major One UI update – One UI 6.0.
According to the information (via @tarunvats33), Samsung is testing One UI 6.0 internally on the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone with firmware G990USQU8FWG6. This testing is currently going on in the US as CCT is the CSC code of Comcast branded.
The firmware reveals that the major version is under testing as the fourth last letter of the build changes with every major Android or One UI update. For Galaxy S21 FE, it will change from E to F. This letter indicates that it is the One UI 6.0 update as it is a major update.
Samsung will probably start the open beta program for the Galaxy S23 after it shows off its new products on July 26 at the Galaxy Unpacked event and will soon start for other Galaxy devices.
