Exynos returning with Galaxy S24 series in Europe: Rumor
Samsung Galaxy S23 ditched the Exynos chipset but the Galaxy S24 lineup will follow a multi-processor strategy at least in Europe. Another rumor indicates that Samsung will ship the Galaxy S24 series with Exynos chip in Europe, and Snapdragon in the US and other parts.
Tipster Anthony claims that Samsung may plan to bring two different processors to its Galaxy S24 series. Just like the previous Samsung S series, the new S24 will offer two different chipsets, Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. As before, different chips may be launched in different regions.
Samsung’s Galaxy S series users have always disliked using the version equipped with Exynos chips. The main reason is that the performance of Exynos is not as good as expected, while the Snapdragon version provides stronger performance.
However, for European users who were disappointed by this news, the situation may be different this time. Reportedly, the performance benchmark test of the Exynos 2400 chipset on the S24 series is impressive, and it is significantly better than the Exynos 2200 chipset.
