In the past, it was said that the One UI 6 Beta Program would go official in the third week of July 2023. And it looks like Samsung is all set to open the Beta joining window for Galaxy users. Meanwhile, it’s confirmed that the Galaxy S23 series will be the first to get it.

Just a few hours ago, the company launched the One UI 6 Beta (Early Access) forum in its Korean and Indian communities. The forum is dedicated to Galaxy S23 smartphone users, reconfirming the imminent arrival of the software and early access.

Tomorrow, the South Korean tech giant will hold its next Galaxy Unpacked event to launch a number of new products. One UI 5.1.1 software could also be teased during the debut of new foldables, while everyone’s waiting for the Android 14-based One UI 6 software.

Earlier this year, Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 flagship lineup. The lineup consists of three smartphones; Standard, Plus, and Ultra. All are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset and the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 software.

5 OS Upgrades?

Samsung partner in France already published the landing page for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5. The document also indicates that both smartphones will be supported by 5 Years of Android OS versions, while the current policy is capped at 4 OS upgrades.
