Drag and Drop: Rumored One UI 6 feature is official with One UI 5.1.1

Android 14 is tipped to introduce new drag-and-drop feature with the Stable update. Earlier, it was expected that Samsung will also bring the drag-and-drop feature to Galaxy users with the One UI 6 update this year. Meanwhile, the One UI 5.1.1 is already loaded with this stunning function.

Pre-loaded with One UI 5.1.1, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will transform everyday productivity through a robust, big-screen experience, evolving from Multi Window and App Continuity to a wide range of features including Taskbar, drag and drop and optimization of third-party apps.

Newly enhanced two-handed drag and drop can also ramp up productivity when moving content between apps and screens. For instance, simply touch and hold an image in Samsung Gallery with one finger and use another finger to open the Samsung Notes app to drag and drop the image.
