Samsung and uBreakiFix partnership taking device care to the next level

Samsung and uBreakiFix by Asurion are expanding their partnership to offer enhanced device care to more individuals across the US. The collaboration involves designating 50 existing stores as flagship Samsung repair locations by the end of 2023.

These flagship stores will have specialized equipment, parts, and Samsung training to provide efficient same-day repairs, significantly impacting customer satisfaction. This initiative allows uBreakiFix by Asurion and Samsung to serve a broader range of Galaxy customers in various communities.

The first five flagship locations have been soft-launched this summer in major cities like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Orlando, and Los Angeles. These stores will also help in testing new repair methods and pilot initiatives before nationwide expansion.

Additionally, over 400 “We Come to You” vans will provide on-site mobile repair services for added convenience. Booking for this service is now available on both uBreakiFix.com and Samsung.com.
