Though a bit late but Samsung rolled out a refined One UI 6 Beta last week. In a recent development, it has been found that the One UI 6 Beta 1 is based on Android 14 Beta 4, resulting in the least abnormal behavior and problems that ruin the user experience.

X user @theonecid found that Samsung’s One UI 6 Beta 1 for the Galaxy S23 series is based on the Beta 4 of Android 14. It’s worth mentioning that the first One UI 6 Beta’s build number is the same as the build number of Android 14 Beta 4’s initial characters.

With the third Beta, the new operating system gained platform stability and Beta 4 had addressed the most frustrating bugs reported by Pixel Beta testers. Google has also released Beta 5 to Pixel devices, which could be available for Galaxy S23 with second Beta of One UI 6.

When it’s coming?

Samsung will launch the Stable One UI 6 software later this year, which will deliver Android 14 to Galaxy devices. The Galaxy S23 users can join the Beta program in select markets, with the company will hopefully add more Galaxy models to the testing activity.
