Samsung Galaxy S20 August 2023 update rolling out in Europe

Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 Plus, and Galaxy S20 Ultra smartphones are receiving a new update with an August 2023 security patch in some European countries including Germany. This update is already rolled out in Brazil and the company will soon make it available for all Galaxy S20 models.

August 2023 security patch fixes over 70 issues related to Samsung Members, the Internet, the Galaxy Store, and more to provide a seamless and bug-free experience. In addition, it improves the system security, stability, and performance of the device.

The new update for Samsung Galaxy S20 in Germany comes with One UI build versions mentioned below.

• Galaxy S20 – G981BXXSIHWGA
• Galaxy S20 Plus – G986BXXSIHWGA
• Galaxy S20 Ultra – G988BXXSIHWGA

Samsung will soon make this update available for all Galaxy S20 devices. You can install the update via Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.
