Samsung has started rolling out the stable One UI 5.1.1 update for its Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 Plus tablets. The update brings a number of new features and improvements to the devices, as well as updates to several stock apps.

The update of these two tablets arrives with firmware ending with DWH3 and the package size is 2.5 GB. The update is currently available in European countries and will soon expand to other markets.

The One UI 5.1.1 update is a major upgrade for the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 Plus, which are Samsung’s flagship tablets for 2023. You can check the full features of One UI 5.1.1 below.

One of the features is better app previews and switching on the Recents screen. You can see how apps will look after you open them, and easily switch from pop-up view to split screen or vice versa. You can also check minimized apps with the S Pen.

Another feature is Quick Share to send files to contacts anytime and anywhere. You can also share files privately by setting expiration dates, canceling sharing, or preventing resharing.

More options are now available for watermarks, effects, and remastering in Camera and Gallery. You can customize the date and time separately for watermarks, see enhanced remaster previews, apply effects more easily, and copy and paste effects from one picture to another.

Some changes have also been made in My Files, Device Care, Lock screen, and Samsung Internet. You can drag and drop with two hands, clear app caches, manage memory usage, change modes from the Lock screen, and customize the layout in Samsung Internet.

Additionally, the update updates several stock apps, such as Samsung Global Goals, PENUP, Internet, SmartThings, Galaxy Shop, Samsung Flow, Members, and SmartSwitch. These apps have received new features and bug fixes to enhance the user experience.
