Samsung will launch the AI-powered “Samsung Food” at IFA 2023 next month. It’s a food integration platform, which provides a personalized food experience based on artificial intelligence.

Per the info, Samsung Food to provide functions necessary for overall dietary life, such as recipe search and storage, meal planning, preparation such as food ingredient management, cooking, and content sharing.

Personalized service is possible based on AI, and it provides an easier and more convenient cooking experience by linking with Samsung kitchen appliances. Moreover, it has a powerful recipe search and save function, so you don’t have to check multiple websites or apps to browse recipes.

By default, over 160,000 recipes are provided, and even recipes that users are interested in or want to save can be added to “My Recipes” even if they are not provided by Samsung Food. Also, it provides customized recipes based on individual food preferences, desired nutritional balance level, and type of food.

Availability

Samsung Food will be serviced sequentially in 104 countries and 8 languages ​​from the 31st to the end of the year. It can be downloaded through Google Play and the App Store and can be used even on non-Samsung mobile devices.

The company plans to link Samsung Food and Samsung Health within this year so that users can manage their health in a more integrated way. Once done, you will be able to check the optimized recipe and menu based on the user’s BMI, body composition, and calories consumed/consumed.
