Android Auto Voice Command is missing for some following new Google app update

Many Android Auto users are facing the issue of voice commands through Google Assistant. The feature is not working and showing an error message that is “Voice commands are not currently available.”

This issue seems to have started in the last few days and affects users with different cars, devices, and Android Auto versions. The only commonality between them is Google app version 14.34.19.29, which is part of the beta program.

Some users have found a temporary solution by uninstalling updates for the Google app from the Play Store. This restores the voice command functionality on Android Auto.

It’s unclear what caused the issue or when it will be fixed by Google. Voice commands are very important for drivers who want to use Android Auto in a safe and convenient way. Hopefully, Google will address this issue soon and restore the voice command feature for all Android Auto users.
