Next year, Samsung is bringing back its in-house Exynos chipset with the Galaxy S24 series. Europe and South Korea are the most likely markets to face this change. In an electrifying turn of events, a new Samsung leak reveals Galaxy S24 Ultra could boast a Snapdragon SoC internationally.

According to Samsung leaker @Tech_Reve, all models of Galaxy S24 Ultra could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon processor. This means, the company has a different strategy for bringing the Exynos 2400 chip to the market.

Leak suggests markets like Europe, South Korea, and parts of Asia will get Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S24 Ultra models. Meanwhile, the other two models (or the base only) are expected to ship with the company’s 4nm-based Exynos 2400 SoC.

In October, Qualcomm will release its next flagship chipset – Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This will power most of the Android flagships releasing next year, while Samsung will use an overclocked variant featuring “with Galaxy” branding for the Galaxy S24 series.
