X to Revolutionize Social Media with Video and Audio Calls: Elon Musk’s ‘Everything App’ Plans
Elon Musk confirmed that Video and Audio Calls are coming to X (formerly Twitter). Tesla CEO and X owner wants to make it, an everything app, which will soon offer the ability to call without requiring a phone number.
X Video and Audio Calls will be available on all platforms including Apple’s iOS, Google’s Android, and personal computers. However, the timeline of these features’ availability is not confirmed by Elon.

Post rebranding Twitter as X, Musk signaled he would turn the platform into a super app offering a range of services. The vision brings to mind Tencent’s WeChat app – a universal part of daily life in China.
