2024 Mid-range Samsung phones to get AMD GPUs with enhanced ISP
Samsung is reportedly planning to incorporate AMD GPUs with mid-range Exynos chipsets for 2024 mid-range phones. This means non-flagship Samsung phones will get Exynos 1480/1430 chipsets with enhanced ISP, thanks to mRDNA AMD GPUs.
Since the GPUs have a higher usage when gaming, the AMD GPUs coming to mid-range Samsung devices next year will have improvements that mostly focus on IPS instead of gaming. It will significantly help Galaxy mid-rangers stand out in the competition.

The company partnered with AMD to bring GPUs to the Exynos 2200 chip, which debuted with the Galaxy S22 series in 2022. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 series is exclusively equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy chipset, which promises great performance and efficiency.
