Meta and LG Elec’s next AR device to overthrow Apple’s Vision Pro
As Apple unveiled the ultra-expensive augmented reality (AR) headset “Vision Pro,” Meta suddenly joined hands with LG Electronics. Meta reportedly plans to build a united front with LG and release a device that can compete with Apple’s Vision Pro.
Meta is expected to release a low-priced model under $200 will be released in 2024, and a high-priced model will be released through a joint venture with LG Electronics in 2025. In particular, the industry estimates that the name of the joint model is Meta Quest 4 Pro.
