Samsung achieves unprecedented 5-year streak as ‘Best in Home Appliances’ in 2023 KS-CQI

Samsung announced that it has been selected as the best company in the home appliance category for 5 consecutive years in the 2023 Call Center Quality Index (KS-CQI). This is a remarkable record, having been selected as the best company 11 times out of 12 surveys since the survey was introduced in 2012.

For your info, the “Call Center Quality Index” is a system that measures call center service quality and customer satisfaction for 217 companies in 54 industries. Samsung Service swept first place in major service quality surveys this year, proving that it is Korea’s best service specialist company.
