According to ETNews, Samsung recently notified its partners of this production plan and it’s confirmed that the Galaxy S24 series will have three models: Standard, Plus, and Ultra. Notably, the vanilla and Plus units amounted to 7.5 million units each and Ultra to 15 million.

An industry official said, “Galaxy S24 volumes may fluctuate depending on market conditions, but it appears that we are currently planning to produce more than the previous model.”

Galaxy S24 Supply Chain

It was found that no major changes were made to the Galaxy S24 series parts supply chain. Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Partron, MCNEX, Power Logics, Cammsys, Namuga, etc. supply camera modules.

It was reported that China’s Sunny Optical was also selected as a partner following the previous project. The company also produces some of its camera modules at its factory in Vietnam.

Partners plan to begin mass production of parts for the Galaxy S24 in November. Considering that mass production of parts for the previous work began in December last year, it has been brought forward by about a month.
