Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy A25 5G: Specs Leak Reveals Exynos 1280 Chip, 50MP Camera, and More!
Alongside the next-gen Galaxy S flagships, Samsung is parallelly working on new models for its Galaxy A portfolio. Recently, the Galaxy A25 5G smartphone registered its presence on Geekbench, and now, a tipster leaked some of the key specs.
According to the specs leak, Samsung’s Galaxy A25 5G will be powered by Exynos 1280 processor. The device will flaunt a 6.44-inch AMOLED display, 50-megapixel primary camera, 8GB RAM, and 5000mAh battery with 25W charging support.

Out of the box, the Galaxy A25 5G will run Android 14-based One UI 6 software. Regarding the launch, the tipster noted that it will happen “in the coming months.” It’s expected that it will be supported by 4 gen OS upgrades and 5 years of security patches.
