So finally, Samsung today launched the Android 14-based One UI 6 Beta Program on the Galaxy S22 series. Initially available in South Korea, the Beta testing will be available in a few more countries. You can easily join the One UI 6 Beta Program for your Galaxy S22 smartphone.

It’s worth mentioning that the Galaxy S23 series users in China, India, Germany, Poland, South Korea, the UK, and the US are testing the One UI 6 Beta. However, it’s not certain that the same treatment will be given to last year’s flagship lineup.

Samsung’s Android 14-based One UI 6 update comes with plenty of new features. The company has also applied the redesigned Quick Panel, which aims for accessibility and user convenience. Through the Beta trial, you can get all these features months ahead of the official release for testing.

How to join One UI 6 Beta Program

To participate in the One UI 6 Beta Program on your Galaxy S22/Plus/Ultra, you need to follow these steps:

  • Open the Samsung Members app on your device and sign in with your Samsung Account. If you don’t have one, create one.
  • Tap on “Notice > Registration for One UI Beta Program.
  • Complete and submit the application form.

If you meet the requirements, you will be enrolled in the One UI Beta Program.

How to download and install One UI 6 Beta

To download and install the One UI 6 Beta software, you need to do the following:

  • Go to Settings app.
  • Tap on the Software update.
  • Click on Download and install.

NOTES

  • Make sure all your apps are updated to the latest version before installing the beta software.
  • It is highly recommended to back up your data to your computer with Smart Switch before installing the beta software, as it may cause data loss.
