According to TheElec, Samsung plans to introduce both Exynos and Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S24 APs in parallel by product and sales region. Samsung’s MX Division would launch Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus using Exynos 2400 in South Korea and Europe.

In North America, all Samsung Galaxy S24 models will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. The report claims that the Korean tech giant will manufacture both new Exynos and Snapdragon chipsets at its foundry.

An industry official said, “The distribution of Exynos and Snapdragon by region is in the final stage,” adding, “We took into account the fact that Korea is a symbolic market.”

It’s important to mention that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is entirely equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. The relationship with Qualcomm was also taken into consideration as it is the largest customer in the premium market for the MX Division and a major orderer for the Foundry Division.
