Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphones are currently testing the One UI 6 Beta 6 update and these devices will get the stable update first. However, some users who are testing the beta version of One UI 6 have reported a touch issue that affects the Gallery app.

According to a video shared by tipster @UniverseIce on Twitter, the Galaxy S23 Ultra fails to register touch inputs when trying to switch between photos in the Gallery’s Album section.

To switch between photos, a user has to tap twice or more to open another photo, even if they are not swiping too fast. The tipster claims that this issue has been present since the sixth beta of One UI 6 and has not been fixed yet.

This is not the first time that Galaxy S23 Ultra users have faced touch problems on One UI 6 beta. Earlier, some users reported that the screen became unresponsive when using gestures to navigate the device. However, it looks like the Galaxy S23 series still needs some polishing before it can take advantage of One UI 6 stable update.

Samsung has not yet officially acknowledged these issues or provided any solutions for them, hopefully, the company will soon provide a solution for this touch issue.
